If after purchasing a package and before any paperwork is filled out, you may request a full refund.  To terminate Sleepy Willow’s services, a notice of cancellation prior to 48-hours before any consultation is required in order to receive up to a 50% refund. If after this point, and up to the time of the consultation, you decide to terminate Sleepy Willow’s services, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once you have received your consultation and/or plan, and for whatever reason (i.e. change your mind, partner doesn’t support your decision, etc.) you decide not to implement Sleepy Willow’s plan and take part in the service, you will not be eligible for any refund of payments received to date.  You will not be eligible for a refund in regards to crying during the program or a lack of understanding that this is a sleep training program using gentle methods where you will experience some levels of crying and protesting. If you follow the sleep plan, along with any recommendations for changes, have open communication, are consistent and fill out daily tracking, you will see results.  Consistency needs to occur after working together for continued success.  If after the 14-day program we are still making scheduling changes, I will continue to work with you for success.  A partial refund will not be provided if you are successful with the program, and come back later because your child is no longer sleeping due to insufficient consistency.  I will offer you additional support to get your child back on track.  No refunds for the refusal to follow advice or take part in the services noted, or for not following the program or using the support listed doesn’t constitute refund if you haven’t tried to implement the program.
