here's how i can help

Do you have a little one waking multiple times throughout the night? Are you sleeping most of the night away in a rocking chair in your child’s room?  Have you tried everything you’ve read on google to try to get your little one to sleep?


If you say YES to all of these, then you’ve come to the right place.  I take the guess work out of trying to get your little one to sleep.  Through an initial 15-minute call I gather information about your sleep struggles/journey with your little one and offer a few tips/tricks.  Through our conversation, I will also recommend a package that is ideal for you and your family. 

I build a personalized sleep plan that is specific to you and your family.  Every child is different, every family is different, and this is taken into consideration when I work with families. 

By welcoming me into your family, and trusting me with your sleep journey, I will support you every step of the way.  Once working together, your child will be sleeping at night and on an age-appropriate schedule.  You will have the confidence knowing that you can handle sleep once we are done working together.

This package is perfect for the family who needs sleep and are on a budget! This is an easy-to-follow plan that you can follow without the full support of a sleep consultant. This program is ideal for families who have worked with a consultant in the past, or are dealing with night wakes of a child who can fall asleep independently.

Basic Support
One-on-One Support


Have you spoken to all of your mom friends? Scoured google for all the answers? But sleep is still a struggle? Looking for one-on-one support? Then this package is for you! This is for families whose children are under the age of 3 who are still sleeping in a crib and want to receive personal attention. Step-by-step support throughout the 14-days will give you the confidence, and reassurance you need to stay on track for better sleep.

These are for families who have recently completed a program, or want to add more personalized support to their current program.
